1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the tk7779 platform, including all services, features, content, and functionalities offered at tk7779.com (the "Platform"). The Platform provides online casino games, sports betting (including cricket betting), virtual racing, dice games, and associated promotional services to eligible players in Bangladesh.

tk7779 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and display a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of these terms shall prevail.

tk7779 operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform providing entertainment services to registered adult players. The Platform does not endorse gambling as a means of generating income and strongly encourages all players to treat gaming as a form of recreational entertainment only.

All monetary values on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). No currency conversion is applied to player accounts. All deposits, wagers, bonuses, winnings, and withdrawals are processed exclusively in BDT.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the tk 7779 platform, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for you personally.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of tk7779, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have a self-exclusion or cooling-off period currently active on your account or any previously held tk7779 account.
• You must not have been previously banned or permanently suspended from the Platform.

tk7779 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

If tk7779 discovers at any point that a player is under the age of 18, or was under the age of 18 at the time of any transaction, all funds in that account will be frozen, all bets placed will be voided, any winnings will be forfeited, and the account will be permanently closed. tk7779 may report the matter to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

3 Account Registration

Each individual player may hold only one registered account on the tk7779 platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method, is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, tk7779 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or pending withdrawals.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. tk7779 strongly recommends:

• Using a unique password that is not used for any other online account or service.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) or OTP verification where available.
• Logging out completely after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Never sharing your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

tk7779 will not be held responsible for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team via live chat immediately.

Account registration on tk7779 is free of charge. tk7779 does not charge a registration fee, account maintenance fee, or inactivity fee. Players with no account activity for a continuous period of 12 months may receive a notification prompting them to log in or request account closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on tk7779 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The Platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. Players may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

Deposits are credited to your tk7779 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. tk7779 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own standard transfer charges independent of tk7779.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. tk7779 aims to complete all bKash and Nagad withdrawal requests within 15 minutes during standard processing hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank) may take up to 1 to 3 banking business days depending on the receiving institution.

tk7779 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. This may include requesting proof of identity (NID or passport), proof of payment method ownership, and confirmation of deposit history. These checks are a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure and are not intended to cause unnecessary delay.

Players may not withdraw funds that have been deposited but not yet wagered at least once. Deposited funds that have not been used in any wager within 30 days of deposit may be subject to review. Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable bonus terms at the time the bonus was claimed.

tk7779 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to a player's account balance if verification requirements have not been met within 72 hours of the withdrawal request being submitted. Players will be notified via live chat or registered contact details before any such reversal is carried out.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

tk7779 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing registered players. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms at the time they are offered. The general bonus terms set out in this section apply alongside any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

Bonuses are credited in Bangladeshi Taka to either the main account balance or a designated bonus balance, as specified in the individual offer. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus (or winnings derived from the bonus) may be withdrawn.

• Wagering requirements will be stated as a multiplier (e.g., 20x) applied to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or the combined deposit and bonus amount, as specified per offer.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino and sports betting contributions will be stated per promotion.
• Only wagers placed with real-money funds (not bonus funds) on the same game category as specified in the promotion will count toward the wagering requirement, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the validity period stated in the offer. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the account without notice beyond the original offer terms.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

Seasonal and event-based promotions — including those tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), Independence Day (March 26), and BPL season — are offered at tk7779's sole discretion and may be withdrawn, amended, or extended at any time. Players are encouraged to check the Platform regularly for current offers.

tk7779 reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus awards where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee returns regardless of outcome, or exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting systems. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse may have their account suspended and winnings forfeited.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the tk7779 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sports market. General betting rules that apply across all categories are set out below.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within the game interface or market listing before a bet is confirmed.
• Bets are binding once confirmed. Once a bet has been accepted by the Platform and a confirmation reference has been issued, the bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player except where specific in-play cash-out options are available and applicable.
• Cricket betting markets including BPL fixtures, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments follow official match results as determined by the governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board, the Board of Control for Cricket in India, or the International Cricket Council). Results are settled using official scorecards. In the event of a match being abandoned or rendered incomplete due to weather or other circumstances, specific settlement rules will apply as detailed in the cricket betting market terms.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the live odds available at the exact moment of bet placement. tk7779 will endeavour to suspend markets when a significant in-play event occurs (e.g., a wicket falls), but accepts no liability for bets placed during brief market suspension windows caused by data feed latency.
• Slot games and casino games operate on certified random number generation (RNG) or live-streamed outcomes. All game results are final once the game round has completed. Disconnections during a game round will be resolved in accordance with the applicable game provider's rules.
• Dice games operate on a provably fair cryptographic model. Players may independently verify the outcome of any dice game round using the seed values provided at the end of each round.
• Virtual racing events run on certified RNG. Race results are final once the virtual event has completed and settlement has been confirmed by the system.

tk7779 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a technical error, a manifest odds error, a corrupted data feed, or any other system malfunction that results in odds being offered that are materially different from the correct market odds. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account balance. tk7779 will not profit from manifest errors.

Players are prohibited from using any automated betting software, betting bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated mechanism to place bets on the Platform. Use of such tools constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension.

7 User Obligations

By using the tk7779 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times:

• You will use the Platform for personal recreational entertainment only and will not use it for any commercial purpose.
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, including other players' accounts, administrative systems, or back-end infrastructure.
• You will not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering strategy designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• You will not use the Platform to launder money or to process funds derived from any illegal activity. tk7779 is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and will do so without prior notice to the account holder where required.
• You will not engage in abusive, threatening, harassing, or offensive communication with tk7779 staff, live chat agents, or other players via any Platform communication channel.
• You will not exploit bugs, errors, or unintended features of the Platform for financial gain. Any bug or error discovered must be reported to [email protected] immediately. Exploiting known bugs constitutes a breach of these terms.
• You will not misrepresent your identity, location, or eligibility status at any point during registration or subsequent use of the Platform.
• You will not share, sell, transfer, or assign your tk7779 account to any other person.

tk7779 monitors Platform activity to detect patterns consistent with the prohibited conduct listed above. Accounts found in breach of any user obligation may be suspended immediately, pending investigation. During a suspension, all pending withdrawals will be held. If the investigation confirms a breach, the account may be permanently closed and any balance forfeited, subject to applicable law.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

tk7779 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment instruments.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's bank or payment provider.
• Detection of duplicate or linked accounts.
• At the request of the player themselves (voluntary account closure or self-exclusion).
• Where continued operation of the account would expose tk7779 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will be notified via your registered contact details. You will not be able to place new bets, make deposits, or withdraw funds during the suspension period. If the investigation concludes in your favour, the suspension will be lifted and any held funds returned. If the investigation confirms a breach, the account will be permanently closed.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our 24/7 live chat support team. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned via the player's most recently used payment method after identity verification is confirmed.

Players who wish to self-exclude due to concerns about problem gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon confirmation and cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.
